Placing an Order

Browse our catalog and add desired products to your cart. Submit your order for review. We do not collect payment during the initial order submission, ensuring clarity and flexibility in your purchasing process.

Order Approval

Your dedicated account manager will review the order for availability. If there are inventory shortages, your order may be approved with modifications or canceled.

Estimate for New Customers

If you're a new customer, we'll provide an estimate invoice with the cost of requested products. For repeat customers, invoices will be generated and sent directly to you.

Payment Processing

Once your order is approved, make the payment through Wire, ACH, ZELLE or our secure portal.

Making a prompt payment is crucial to expedite the processing of your order and to help reserve your selected inventory.

Inventory Handling

Ready to ship: Orders with items in stock are prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days.

Awaiting Restock: If certain items are not available in our warehouse, they may be sourced from our extended inventory network. It can take 3-15 business days for consolidation and shipment.

Adjustments: Occasionally, items may arrive late, in reduced quantities, or be unexpectedly canceled by suppliers. In such cases, we will promptly communicate any changes and adjust your order accordingly.
